Claybed Policy – Shipping Damage & Replacement

Reporting Damage

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order if any item is damaged.

  • To help us assess and expedite the replacement process, we may request photographic evidence of the damage.

Replacement & Refund Process

  • If the damaged item is in stock, we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost as quickly as possible.

  • If the item is out of stock, we will:

    • Offer a full refund, or

    • Provide an estimated timeframe for when a replacement will be available.
